Termination Procedure

We appreciate that circumstances do change and therefore we have a Termination Procedure.

We require 3 months notice must be given, prior to the date of renewal.

We require an instruction to terminate a Maintenance Service Agreement in writing, 3 months prior to renewal.

We require 3 months payment.

The full amount is due

Your Maintenance Service Agreement will automatically renew and payment for the next 12 months is required, in full
